Meeting Follow-up Email Template

This email template uses these tokens:

  • Meeting first name
  • Email signature

Add this email directly to the meeting scheduler as an after meeting notification. Click workspace settings > meeting schedulers then the scheduler you want to add this confirmation to. Under Notifications, choose the type to be email from the dropdown and the notifiation timing to be after meeting from the dropdown. Use this email in the email template dropdown.
