Send this email as confirmation that a meeting has been scheduled

This email template uses these tokens:

  • Meeting first name
  • Meeting start
  • Meeting location
  • Meeting duration
  • Meeting change URL
  • Email signature

Add this template to the meeting scheduler itself. Click workspace settings > meeting schedulers then the scheduler you want to add this confirmation to. In the confirmation & reminder section, click the dropdown under "confirmations" and add this template.
